Bentalls Department Store offers Tax Free Shopping for customers who live outside the EU. Simply bring your receipts, along with your passport, identity card or non-EU driving licence to Customer Services on the Second Floor to claim back the VAT.

2. The goods must leave the country within three months from the end of the current month
