For those of you completing your degree course and looking for a fast track career within retail, we offer a Graduate Development Programme in Newcastle, Brent Cross, Bond Street and Bentalls, Kingston.

The aim of the scheme is to give an insight into the Company and the individual store, an understanding of a buyer's job, and expert training in how to manage people.

The programme varies but all feature the following key elements:

 · Sales floor experience
 · Store Information Systems
 · Buying Projects
 · Management duties & Retail Law
 · Appraisals

If you are enthusiastic about retailing and possess the personality and flair to become a buyer, we would like to hear from you. Fill out or download an application form and send to the HR manager at the store of your choice in the year you are due to graduate. In the case of Newcastle and Bentalls, Kingston please apply by the end of January; Brent Cross by the end of February; and Bond Street by December.
