Ching-He Huang

Ching-He Huang, Celebrity Chef and author of Chinese Food Made Easy, was born in Taiwan to Chinese parents, and was raised on freshly-cooked home meals for which ingredients were bought on a daily basis. Ching's major food influences come from the traditional cooking styles of her grandparent's farming community in the countryside of southern Taiwan. As a child, Ching moved to South Africa and London, exposing her to different food cultures. Ching is a self-taught cook and her cooking experiences became the inspiration behind launching her own food company when I graduated from university.

 

Ching-He Huang visited Bentalls' Living Kitchen on Saturday 24 April for live cookery demonstrations using her NEW range of cookware, Ching-He Huang by Typhoon and book signings.
