Ken Hom
World-renowned chef, Ken Hom visited Bentalls Living Kitchen on Tuesday 16 February 2010 for live cookery demonstrations to celebrate Chinese New Year. Ken delighted the crowds with his simple and delicious stir-fry recipes, and also signed copies of his cookery books.
