Marco Pierre White
Marco Pierre White trained as a chef under the Roux brothers before, at 24 years of age, becoming Head Chef and co-owner of Harveys with a kitchen staff that included Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal. Marco was awarded his first Michelin Star at the age of 33 - the first British and youngest chef ever to achieve this.
Legendary Chef Marco Pierre White visited Bentalls Living Kitchen on Saturday 11 March 2006 for a demonstration using the Beka White Heat Cookware Collection and to sign copeis of his book 'White Heat'.
