GRADUATE OPPORTUNITIES AT BENTALLS
For those of you completing your degree course and looking for a fast track career within retail, we offer a Graduate Development Programme in Newcastle, Brent Cross, Bond Street and Bentalls, Kingston.
The aim of the scheme is to give an insight into the company and the individual store, an understanding of a buyer's job, and expert training in how to manage people.
The programme varies but all feature the following key elements:
- Store functions
- Sales floor experience
- Store information systems
- Buying projects
- Management duties and retail law
- Appraisals
