We often have a number of positions in our restaurants, fashion and home departments based in Kingston, varying from sales assistants, waiters, waitresses, stock-keepers and many more.
Please note that all full time positions involve weekend work and a late night on Thursdays. Part time positions can be developed to suit your circumstances but are likely to include some weekend work.

Merchandiser
A Merchandiser in Bentalls is a unique and varied role, supporting the Head of Merchandising in controlling departmental budgets and stock levels in order to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring the timely and continuous flow of merchandise.
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser who is highly numerate and IT literate. Previous buying experience, whilst not essential will be an advantage as we are looking for a Merchandiser who is a 'trader' and can translate numbers into commercial decisions in order to maximise the return by brand.
The Merchandiser role will predominantly be responsible for the home division, helping the buying team to build a balanced and commercial range in order to maximise sales and profit through the effective management of stock.
The Merchandiser will have key accountabilities for;
- achieving terminal stock targets
- monitoring the intake of lines to ensure stock arrives both within legal and manageable timeframes
- influencing repeat / reorder frequencies and setting accurate ideal stock levels
- management of markdown strategy
- assisting the buying teams in department layout and challenging decisions if appropriate

Full Time Consultant for Triumph Lingerie
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers that will compel them to come back time and time again.
The role involves one on one customer service including the provision of a bra fitting service (training given).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s selling experience, an approachable manner, have excellent communication skills and work well on their own as well as within a team.
The contract will be on a full-time, flexible basis and will involve 1 in 4 Thursday late nights, 3 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays.

Estee Lauder Full-time Business Manager (37.5 hours, 5 days per week)
As a Business Manger you are in the driving seat of the counter business. You will be responsible for ensuring your team is motivated and focused, whilst yourself offering consistently great service to your customers.
You will be working hard to identify opportunities, analyse your business in terms of retail results and stock on a regular basis to ensure all programmes and events are well planned and executed.
A passion for service excellence and exceptional communication skills are essential. Analytical and organisational skills are also a must in order to effectively take charge of the administrative counter tasks.
